Accomplishment of the agreement for the transfer against remuneration of services of international package distribution under the UPS brand in the Republic of Slovenia to a new company of the UPS group of companies in the Republic of Slovenia

The managing board of the company INTEREUROPA, Globalni logistični servis, delniška družba, informs the public that the Agreement for the Transfer against remuneration of a Part of an Undertaking within the UPS branch office of INTEREUROPA d.d. to a new company belonging to UPS group of companies i.e. to the company UPS ADRIA (S) Ekspres, kurirske storitve, d.o.o., signed on April 22, 2009 has been accomplished today, June 1, 2009.

This transaction is based on 18 years of successful cooperation between INTEREUROPA and UPS and has been entered into within the context of the UPS global strategy. The accomplishment of this transaction has led to the transfer of assets of INTEREUROPA's UPS Branch as well as to the transfer of contracts and employees in this branch to the new UPS company in the Republic of Slovenia. As of June 1, 2009 this company has therefore took over the performance of the services of international package distribution under the UPS brand in the Republic of Slovenia from INTEREUROPA d.d..

The notice to the public will be accessible on the website of Intereuropa d.d. at www.intereuropa.si for at least 5 years following the publication.
