Pursuant to the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (Ljubljanska borza d.d.d) and the relevant legislation, the company ISTRABENZ Holding Company d.d. Koper hereby makes the following announcement:  

ISTRABENZ Holding Company d.d. Koper hereby informs the interested public that on 19 February 2019, the Bank Assets Management Company (BAMC) recalled all claims. At the same time, BAMC refused its consent to the disposal of ISTRABENZ TURIZEM d.d. shares and based on the agreement on financial collateral, declared the realisation of collateral by means of transfer of ISTRABENZ TURIZEM d.d. pledged shares.

As a result of all stated above, the indebtedness of the company ISTRABENZ d.d. will be reduced and ISTRABENZ d.d. will discuss the regulation of its remaining financial liabilities with its financial creditors.

This announcement will also be available at the website of the ISTRABENZ Holding Company, d.d. (www.istrabenz.si) for a period of at least ten years.
