Krka acquired 29,130 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 2,467,028 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 9 June 2020:         7,958   shares at a VWAP of EUR 84,55,
- on 10 June 2020:       7,301   shares at a VWAP of EUR 84,63,
- on 11 June 2020:       5,806   shares at a VWAP of EUR 84,88 and
- on 12 June 2020:       8,065   shares at a VWAP of EUR 84,84.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Ilirika d.d., NLB d.d. and SKB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.
 

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,363,669 representing 4.158% of all shares issued.
