On 20 April 2021, Intereuropa, d. d. received notification from Slovenski državni holding, d. d. regarding the initiation of the sale of 1,194,838 shares in Intereuropa, d. d. that are owned by Slovenski državni holding, d. d. and Kapitalska družba pokojninskega in invalidskega zavarovanja, d. d. According to statements made by Slovenski državni holding, d. d., an invitation to submit bids for the purchase of shares in Intereuropa, d. d. will be published on the former’s website on 21 April 2021. 

This announcement will be published on Intereuropa, d. d.’s website at www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of publication.
