On the basis of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act RS, Luka Koper d.d. publishes the following information:

We inform the interested public that the Supervisory Board of Luka Koper, d. d. has on today's session concluded an agreement with three members of the Management Board of Luka Koper, d.d., -  Dimitrij Zadel, Metod Podkrižnik and Irma Gubanec, on the early termination of the function as members of the Management Board. They will perform their function until 15 November 2021. The Supervisory Board estimates that the mentioned members of the Management Board performed their duties well, but due to conceptual differences in the further development strategy the company needs a new management.
