Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act, and in accordance with the provisions of the Corporate Governance Code, Intereuropa, d. d. hereby publishes the following announcement:

On 22 October 2021, Intereuropa, d. d. received written notification that the buyer Pošta Slovenije, d. o. o.:

• signed a sales and purchase agreement on 27 September 2021 with the sellers Slovenski državni holding, d. d. and Kapitalska družba pokojninskega in invalidskega zavarovanja, d. d., based on which it purchased 1,194,878 IEKG shares;
• signed a sales and purchase agreement on 5 October 2021 with the seller Zavarovalnica Triglav, d. d., based on which it purchased 332,918 IEKG shares; and
• signed a sales and purchase agreement on 28 September 2021 with the seller Pozavarovalnica Triglav RE, d. d., based on which it purchased 2,369 IEKG shares.

Pošta Slovenije, d. o. o. thus increased its share of voting rights to 86.45% of all voting rights in Intereuropa, d. d., with a holding of 77.88% IEKG shares and 100% IEKN shares.
