Pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act (ZGD-1), Market and Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI-1) and Ljubljanska borza, d.d.’s Rules, Cinkarna Celje, d.d., Kidričeva ulica 26, Celje, informs the shareholders that on 15 May 2023 it received by e-mail a counterproposal to the item 2.2. on the agenda of the 27th General Meeting of the shareholders (Use of accumulated profit), convened for 14 June 2023, submitted by the shareholder VZMD, Hrenova 13, 1000 Ljubljana.

The counterproposal is attached to this notice. The counterproposal is available to shareholders at the company's headquarters under the same conditions as the reference and other material for the General Meeting and in electronic form on the company's website www.cinkarna.si, on the stock exchange electronic notification system http://seonet.ljse.si and AJPES website.
