With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 29 September 2023 up to and including 5 October 2023. Krka acquired 2,716 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 292,925 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 29 September 2023:       50      shares at a VWAP of EUR 108.00,
- on 2 October 2023:            610      shares at a VWAP of EUR 108.82,
- on 3 October 2023:            683      shares at a VWAP of EUR 108.51,
- on 4 October 2023:            708      shares at a VWAP of EUR 107.22 and
- on 5 October 2023:            665      shares at a VWAP of EUR 106.94.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,869,009 representing 5.699% of all shares issued.
