With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 23 October 2023 up to and including 26 October 2023. Krka acquired 2,482 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 266,510 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 23 October 2023:         406      shares at a VWAP of EUR 107.07,
- on 24 October 2023:         686      shares at a VWAP of EUR 108.00,
- on 25 October 2023:         685      shares at a VWAP of EUR 107.71 and
- on 26 October 2023:         705      shares at a VWAP of EUR 106.63.
Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,877,965 representing 5.727% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,880,447 representing 5.734% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 27 October 2023 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years.
