Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Intereuropa d.d., Koper hereby publishes the following announcement:

At its meeting on 22 November 2023, the Supervisory Board of Intereuropa d.d. considered the unaudited report on the operations of Intereuropa Group and Intereuropa d.d. in the period January–September 2023 and Intereuropa Group’s business and financial plan for 2024.

Based on unaudited figures, the Intereuropa Group generated sales revenues of EUR 141.1 million in the first nine months of this year and generated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) in the amount of EUR 12.4 million, an increase of 5% compared to the same period last year. Operating profit (EBIT) amounted to EUR 6.6 million, and was 8% higher than planned. The Intereuropa Group ended the period with a net profit of €4.1 million.

The Group’s net debt amounted to EUR 33.2 million at the end of the third quarter of 2023, a decrease of EUR 9.3 million relative to the end of 2022, primarily as the result of a decrease in financial liabilities.
