With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 17 November 2023 up to and including 23 November 2023. Krka acquired 4,380 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 467,776 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 17 November 2023:      590     shares at a VWAP of EUR 107.66,
- on 20 November 2023:      917     shares at a VWAP of EUR 107.00,
- on 21 November 2023:      896     shares at a VWAP of EUR 107.21,
- on 22 November 2023:      965     shares at a VWAP of EUR 106,77 and
- on 23 November 2023:   1,012     shares at a VWAP of EUR 105.78.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,889,829 representing 5.763% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,894,209 representing 5.776% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 24 November 2023 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years.
