With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 15 December 2023 up to and including 22 December 2023. Krka acquired 5,582 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 638,394 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 15 December 2023:     1,261   shares at a VWAP of EUR 109.37,
- on 18 December 2023:        495   shares at a VWAP of EUR 108.50,
- on 19 December 2023:     1,234   shares at a VWAP of EUR 108.50,
- on 20 December 2023:        927   shares at a VWAP of EUR 109.00,
- on 21 December 2023:        800   shares at a VWAP of EUR 109.13 and
- on 22 December 2023:     1,135   shares at a VWAP of EUR 109.72.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,910,114 representing 5.825% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,915,966 representing 5.843% of all shares issued.
