Telekom Slovenije, d.d., is informing the public of changes to the Financial Calendar of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., for the year 2024. The changes are related to the convocation of the 37th General Meeting, holding the General Meeting and publishing the resolutions of the 37th General Meeting, the change to the number of the regular General Meeting which will take place on 20 June 2024 to the 38th General Meeting, the date of dividend payments, the date of the publication of the 2023 Annual Report of Telekom Slovenije Group and Telekom Slovenije, d.d., the date of publication of the Governance Statement, the dates of the publications of quarterly Reports on operation of Telekom Slovenije Group and Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and the dates that quiet periods begin.
