IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INVESTORS: Due to delisting pursuant to a decision by the Securities Market Agency the Ljubljana Stock Exchange is obligated to notify the shareholders of DELO PRODAJA d.d. of their rights under article 405 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 77/18, as amended), including their right to demand the issuer acquires their shares against fair cash compensation. Ljubljana Stock Exchange advises the shareholders to inform themselves how agreed compulsory composition against the issuer may affect their potential claims asserting those rights.
