Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that on Tuesday, 23 January 2024, the Court of Audit of the Republic of Slovenia published the audit report titled “The Efficiency of the Operation of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.”. The Court of Audit audited the efficiency of operation of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., for the period from 1 January 2019 to 31 October 2022.

According to the Court of Audit’s report Telekom Slovenije, d.d., was in the part pertaining to setting and paying salaries and setting and ensuring other rights for the management, for directors of organisational units and managers of subsidiaries, to advertising, sponsorships and donations, to management, sales and purchasing by subsidiaries, to investments in projects for new revenue sources and to cable retransmission partially efficient in the period from 1 January 2019 to 31 October 2022.

Throughout the procedure Telekom Slovenije, d.d., productively cooperated with the Court of Audit and actively approached remedying any issues noted. Consequently, the audit report does not impose measures on Telekom Slovenije, d.d., nor it is required to submit a response report.
