At today’s session, Intereuropa d. d.’s Supervisory Board was briefed on and accepted the resignation of the President of the Company’s Management Board, Mr Borut Flander. Mr Flander will manage the Company until the mutually agreed expiry of his notice period.

This public announcement will be published on SEOnet and on Intereuropa’s website at www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of publication.
