IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INVESTORS: Due to delisting of shares GHUR the Ljubljana Stock Exchange is obligated to notify the shareholders of Union Hotels Collection d.d. – v likvidaciji of their rights under article 405 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 77/18, as amended), including their right to demand the issuer acquires their shares against fair cash compensation. Regarding this Ljubljana Stock Exchange also notices that the issuer is currently being wound-up and its general meeting already voted for distribution of all assets of the company to its shareholders, who will therefore already receive their share of assets pursuant to the winding-up procedure.
