Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, INTEREUROPA d.d., Koper hereby publishes the following announcement:

At its meeting held on 27 February 2024, the Supervisory Board of Intereuropa d.d. appointed Mr Borut Zorić to serve as the new President of the Managing Board of Intereuropa d.d., who will commence his four-year term of office on 1 March 2024.

Borut Zorić has spent most of his career working in multinational teams and multicultural environments in the fields of logistics and sales. Among other positions, he has been the Director of GLS General Logistics Systems, logistične storitve d.o.o., Slovenia, where he was responsible for the overall growth and development of the company and its financial performance. In the GLS Group, part of the British Royal Mail Group, as a member of the Management Board he was responsible for setting the business strategy and its implementation on a country-by-country basis in the EU. Most recently he worked as an external consultant for Amazon.com, Inc., where he was involved in strategic development in the field of logistics.

Mr Aleš Klavžar, the current Vice President of the Managing Board, remains on the Intereuropa Managing Board.

An agreement has been reached with the President of the Managing Board, Mr Borut Flander, that his mandate and employment will end on 29 February 2024.
