TELEKOM SLOVENIJE, d.d., Ljubljana

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., received the lawsuit from T-2, d.o.o.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

On 28 February 2024 Telekom Slovenije, d.d., received from the District Court of Ljubljana a lawsuit from T-2, d.o.o., in which the latter inter alia demands that the court establish that Telekom Slovenije, d.d., does not have the right to require insurance in relation to agreements that are concluded based on reference offers for wholesale local access (WLA) provided at a fixed location and wholesale central access (WCA) provided at a fixed location.

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., requires the insurance to be presented by operators in order to protect its business interest and minimise risk of payment default for obligations from the above agreements. The auditor of the 2022 Annual Report of T-2, d.o.o., published in November 2023, under the heading Significant uncertainty, related to a going concern established the existence of material solvency risk and wrote that the condition points to an existence of a significant uncertainty about the ability of the company to continue with operations as a going company.

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., is concluding all its risk limitation measures in accordance with concluded agreements and valid legislation, and in a consistent and non-discriminatory way.

We will respond to the lawsuit within the legal deadline.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
