With a reference to the public notice from 10 July 2024, CINKARNA Celje, d. d. is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 10 July 2024 up to and including 15 July 2024.

CINKARNA Celje, d. d. acquired 3,226 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 76,826.00 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 10 July 2024     990  shares at a VWAP of EUR 23.024,
- on 11 July 2024     200  shares at a VWAP of EUR 23.50,
- on 12 July 2024    1,100  shares at a VWAP of EUR 24.00,
- on 15 July 2024    936  shares at a VWAP of EUR 24.50,

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 264,650 representing 3.28 % of all shares issued.
