IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INVESTORS: Due to delisting of shares VHDR the Ljubljana Stock Exchange is obligated to notify the shareholders of VIPA HOLDING d.d. – v likvidaciji of their rights under article 405 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 77/18, as amended), including their right to demand that the issuer acquires their shares against fair cash compensation. Regarding this Ljubljana Stock Exchange also notices that the issuer is currently in the process of liquidation, within which shareholders will be entitled to a corresponding part of the company’s assets.
