The company SIJ - Slovenska industrija jekla, d.d. hereby publishes the audited Annual Report of the SIJ Group and the company SIJ d.d. for the year 2024, which was discussed and adopted by the Supervisory Board at its meeting on 30 May 2025.

Upon the publication of the Audited Annual Report for the 2024 financial year, the interested public can read the commenting on the business results of the SIJ Group in the public release published by SIJ d.d. on 30 April 2025 on the websites of SEOnet and the company's website.

The published information will also be available online at www.sij.si for a period of no less than 10 years.
