With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 19 September 2025 up to and including 25 September 2025. Krka acquired 10,133 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 2,217,845 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 19 September 2025:    2,074    shares at a VWAP of EUR 219.41,
- on 22 September 2025:    2,100    shares at a VWAP of EUR 218.09,  
- on 23 September 2025:    2,135    shares at a VWAP of EUR 217.21,
- on 24 September 2025:    1,661    shares at a VWAP of EUR 219.88 and
- on 25 September 2025:    2,163    shares at a VWAP of EUR 220.00.
  
Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,316,733 representing 7.065% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,326,866 representing 7.096% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 26 September 2025 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
