Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., with its registered office at Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following announcement:

At its 36th ordinary session held on 17 December 2025, Telekom Slovenije, d.d.’s Supervisory Board appointed Boštjan Košak to serve as President of the Management Board for a four-year term of office beginning on 4 October 2026.

The Supervisory Board, in making the appointment, took into account the successful management of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. and the Telekom Slovenije Group to date, the achievement of excellent business results, continuity in implementing the outlined strategic plans and projects, as well as leadership and professional experience.

In accordance with the company’s Articles of Association, the President of the Management Board also serves as the mandatary for preparing the proposal of candidates for Management Board members. After receiving the candidate proposal, the Supervisory Board intends to appoint the entire Management Board for the new term no later than the end of March 2026, thereby following good corporate governance practices regarding the timely appointment of the company’s management.

Key achievements of Telekom Slovenije Group in past three years:

• increased population coverage with 5G services in Slovenia from 40% to 99%;
• received 5 prestigious international Speedtest Awards from Ookla for the best mobile network in Slovenia;
• achieved 500,000 fiber-optic connections by Telekom Slovenije;
• more than 1 million mobile users in Slovenia;
• growth of 1.5 percentage points in the share of mobile users in Slovenia;
• growth of 1.4 percentage points in the share of subscribers of fixed broadband internet access in Slovenia;
• 10% growth in retail mobile users within the Telekom Slovenije Group;
• 18% growth in retail broadband and TV connections within the Telekom Slovenije Group;
• significant increase in profit margin and net profit within the Telekom Slovenije Group.
