After trading in Vzajemna shares was previously resumed, a significant market imbalance occurred again. Therefore, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, Inc., Ljubljana has once again decided to provide market participants with additional time to manage orders and to facilitate better price formation on the exchange market for VZZR shares.

The Exchange has extended the order management in the extended interruption auction to a total of 45 minutes. Trading is expected to resume at approximately 11:33 a.m., when continuous trading will continue.

As trading in VZZR shares is highly volatile on the first trading day and the market price is still being established, the Exchange warns that further trading interruptions are possible in order to ensure improved price formation.
