With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 27 February 2026 up to and including 6 March 2026. Krka acquired 4,464 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,033,480 the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 27 February 2026:         925   shares at a VWAP of EUR 240.00,
- on 2 March 2026:               674   shares at a VWAP of EUR 232.94,
- on 3 March 2026:               954   shares at a VWAP of EUR 223.89,  
- on 5 March 2026:               777   shares at a VWAP of EUR 230.13 and
- on 6 March 2026:            1,134   shares at a VWAP of EUR 231.11

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,473,588 representing 7.543% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,478,052 representing 7.557% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 9 March 2026 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
