Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., with its registered office at Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following announcement:

At its 39th ordinary session held on Wednesday, 1 April 2026, the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. appointed two members to the Company’s Management Board, based on the proposal of the President of the Management Board. Irma Gubanec, MSc was reappointed member of the Management Board responsible for finance and controlling, while Vesna Prodnik, MSc was reappointed member of the Management Board responsible for technology.

Ms Gubanec’s new four-year term of office will begin on 12 October 2026, while Ms Prodnik’s new term of office will begin on 14 November 2026.

The President of the Management Board, Boštjan Košak, will continue to be responsible for the commercial sector until the expected appointment of a new member in May.

Telekom Slovenije’s Management Board has managed the Company decisively, strategically and responsibly during the current term of office, and has successfully guided the Company from a long-term negative trend into sustainable growth. The consistent implementation of the Company’s strategy, a focus on operational efficiency and targeted investments in the network and services has resulted in a turnaround in operations. Telekom Slovenije has recorded growth in every quarter since the first quarter of 2023, as confirmed by growth in the number of users in all key segments. Achieved results confirm every year that the correct development strategy was chosen and that the Management Board is laying sound foundations for the Company’s long-term growth and stability.
