At its session yesterday, the supervisory board of Sava Re d.d. approved the attached audited Annual Report of the Sava Insurance Group and Sava Re d.d. for 2025. The audited figures do not differ from the previously published unaudited figures.

This version of the annual report does not comply with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815 (ESEF Regulation) and is an unofficial version of the official annual report published in XHTML format in accordance with the ESEF Regulation. The official annual financial report for 2025, prepared in accordance with the ESEF Regulation and Article 134(1) of the Slovenian Market in Financial Instruments Act, is published in a separate release via the SEOnet information system (seonet.ljse.si). It is also available on the Company’s official website (www.sava-re.si).

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website, at www.sava-re.si, for at least ten years from the publication date.
