In accordance with the Financial Calendar, the convening of the annual General Meeting of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana was scheduled for 10 April 2026.

Petrol d.d., Ljubljana has received a request from SDH d.d. and the Republic of Slovenia to convene a General Meeting of Shareholders with a proposal to include ten agenda items and proposed resolutions under each item but without any accompanying explanations.

Notwithstanding the fact that explanations are required in cases where proposed resolutions are informative, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana has requested that both shareholders provide explanations or justifications for the individual proposed resolutions in order to ensure adequate information for all shareholders and not only those who will attend the General Meeting. This will allow each shareholder to make an informed decision as to whether to attend the General Meeting and support such proposed resolution.
