Ljubljana, 9 April 2026 – At its 15th meeting, the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana discussed and approved the audited Annual Report of the Petrol Group and Petrol d.d., Ljubljana for 2025.

With a view to pursuing stable returns for owners, the Management Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, in agreement with the Supervisory Board, proposes the General Meeting of Shareholders of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana that dividend for 2025 be paid in the gross amount of EUR 2.5 per share.
