With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 10 April 2026 up to and including 16 April 2026. Krka acquired 4,190 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,013,542 the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 10 April 2026:      664   shares at a VWAP of EUR 239.45,
- on 13 April 2026:      863   shares at a VWAP of EUR 241.02,
- on 14 April 2026:      891   shares at a VWAP of EUR 241.44,
- on 15 April 2026:      873   shares at a VWAP of EUR 243.18 and
- on 16 April 2026:      899   shares at a VWAP of EUR 243.74.  

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached.
 

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,500,714 representing 7.626% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,504,904 representing 7.638% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 17 April 2026 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
