Notice is hereby given that the Issuer, OTP banka d.d. (former: NOVA KREDITNA BANKA MARIBOR d.d.)1, exercises its option in accordance with § 5(3) (Early Redemption at the Option of the Issuer) of the terms and conditions of the Notes to early redeem the Notes in whole with effect as of 25 May 2026, at 100 per cent. of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes, together with interest accrued to that date (excluding).

The Issuer has obtained the prior permission of the Single Resolution Board (as Resolution Authority) for the (optional) early redemption of the Notes by the Issuer.
