Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

Telekom Slovenije, d.d. is publishing amendments the 2026 Financial Calendar, which can be found in the enclosed document.

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. has proposed an amendment to the 2026 Financial Calendar of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. due to the rescheduling of the General Meeting of Shareholders for reasons related to the nomination procedure for the election of Supervisory Board members representing the shareholders.

Despite the amendment to the Financial Calendar for 2026, the envisaged dividend payment date remains unchanged, i.e. 26 August 2026.

This announcement is also published on the Company’s website www.telekom.si for a period of at least five years from the date of publication.
