Under the provisions of the Rules of Ljubljanska borza, d.d., Ljubljana and the relevant legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana hereby makes the following announcement:

At the first ordinary session of the Supervisory Board held on 10 September 2026, the members of the Supervisory Board elected Marko Pogačnik, MSc to the position of President of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. They also elected the following two Vice-Presidents of the Supervisory Board: Pavel Reberc, MSc (as shareholders' representative) and Rok Pleteršek (as employees' representative).

The Supervisory Board also re-elected the members of the Supervisory Board's committees.

This announcement will also be available on the Telekom Slovenije, d.d. website (www.telekom.si) for not less than five (5) years from publication.
