Krka acquired 4,357 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,104,550 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 23 October 2026:          915      shares at a VWAP of EUR 255.75,
- on 26 October 2026:          908      shares at a VWAP of EUR 253.57,
- on 27 October 2026:          921      shares at a VWAP of EUR 252.93,
- on 28 October 2026:          781      shares at a VWAP of EUR 252.31 and
- on 29 October 2026:          832      shares at a VWAP of EUR 252.75.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,579,422 representing 7.866% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,583,779 representing 7.879% of all shares issued.
