On 30 September 2025, the process of spinning-off the equity financing activities from SID banka (theTransferring Company) to its subsidiary SID Kapital d.o.o. (the Acquiring Company) was successfully completed with the entry in the court register, with the aim to proactively  addressing the equity financing gap and strengthen the capital market in the Republic of Slovenia (the so-called spin-off by acquisition).

The spin-off was carried out on the basis of the Spin-off and Acquisition Agreement dated 9 June 2025, concluded in a notarial deed by notary Miro Košak, ref. no. SV 1202/2025, which was approved by the shareholders' meeting on 14 August 2025.
