At the meeting, held on 27th of August 2004, the Supervisory Board discussed Slovenian Corporate Governance Code. The Management Board of Gorenje,d.d., hereby publishes the Statement, regarding the compatibility of Gorenje, d.d., corporate governance system with the recommendations of the Slovenian Corporate Governance Code.
