Supervisory board member resignation

On 19 June 2007 Marko Kranjec filled a statement by which he resigns from his function as a member of the supervisory board of Krka, d. d., Novo mesto as of 14 July 2007 due to his appointment to the position of the governor of the Bank of Slovenia.
