KRKA, d. d., Novo mesto

Krka, d. d., Novo mesto signed on 8 November 2007 an agreement with PHW Group for the acquisition of TAD Pharma GmbH in an all-cash transaction valued at EUR 97 million. The transaction will be funded using a combination of Krka's cash on hand, current financial assets and committed credit facilities.
