European Commission representatives visited Krka

Krka was visited by the European Commission representatives who were colleting information within industry analysis of pharmaceutical market and analysis of competition on this market. The investigation is principally focused on potential abuse of intellectual property rights by the originator pharmaceutical companies. They were examining their strategies for hindering market entry of generic pharmaceutical companies.

The representatives of Competition Office of RS are also cooperating with the EC representatives. Other public officials were not involved.

Krka officials held several meetings with EC representatives and informed them about the data that is in Krka's disposal.
