Annulment of temporary injunction relating to alleged patent infringement for Valsaden in Slovenia

Krka, d. d., Novo mesto (hereinafter Krka) announces to the interested public that on 18 February 2009 received the decision of the District Court in Ljubljana that annuls the temporary injunction dated on 12 January 2009, which prohibits Krka to manufacture and market the product Valsaden, film coated tablets in all strengths, or whichever other product that may infringe patents EP 0914 119 or EP 1 410 797 in Slovenia.

By issuing such decision the court has complied with the appeal filed by Krka.

The court decision is not final yet. Krka shall launch the product Valsaden in Slovenia as soon as the decision is final.
