The Supervisory board has on its correspondent session on 23rd March 2010, on the proposal of the Management Board conferred procuration to Mr. Mirko Pavšič, former procurator for finance and economics. The mentioned procuration is limited to certain projects, where continuity of tasks is required.

The Management board has also on on 23rd March 2010 appointed Mr. Dimitrij Pucer as director of the subsidiary company Adria Terminali, d.o.o.
