INTEREUROPA, d.d., Koper

Intereuropa had a presentation in the Slovenian Capital Market Event

Ljubljana hosted yesterday, on 11 May 2010, the Day of Slovenian Capital Market, organized by the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. The Slovenian companies listed in the Prime Market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (Ljubljanska borza d.d.) took the opportunity to present their results, plans and expectations for the future. Investors used this event to take part in individual meetings with representatives of individual issuers and obtain answers for their decision-making directly, from first hand.

The management of Intereuropa attended this important event and held a presentation, followed by questions from the public, in which the Managing Board President, Ernest Gortan, M.Sc., introduced the key markets of Intereuropa and the impact of the recession on the Company and on the logistics industry. After briefly summarizing the Company’s operating results of last year, he highlighted the factors that triggered them.

Mr. Gortan concluded the presentation by outlining the major strategic goals and strategies from the new “Strategic business plan of the Intereuropa Group for the term 2010 – 2014”.

The most desired information for investors in the introductory presentation and in the one-to-one interviews, in which also the Procurator Mrs Tatjana Vošinek Pucer took part, were the plans of Intereuropa towards assuring stability for the Group in the long run, more precisely, how to address the indebtedness of the Group. In accordance with the Strategic business plan, the investors were informed that Intereuropa already approached to disinvestment of certain assets and rescheduled the debts; it is envisioned to achieve a sustainable level of indebtedness by the year 2014 through efficient management of working capital and seeking a strategic partnership. That stands for a pre-condition for further growth of Intereuropa.

The release is published on the web sites of the Company (www.intereuropa.si) from 12 May 2010 for a period of 5 years or longer.
