Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d, and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:


Regarding the public announcement, published yesterday, August 25th 2010, with the title “Business Report of the Mercator Group and the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., for the period 1-6 2010”, we again attach the English version of the Business report.

We hereby would like to inform you that the translator has unintentionally applied some inadequate terms in the translation from Slovene to English language. We find they lacked the necessary clarity, hence we corrected the matter and herewith publish the revised and edited English version of the Business Report.


This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercator.si as of August 26th 2010, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
