The Supervisory Board has on its regular session on 18th October 2010 appointed Matjaž Stare as the member of the management board – worker director for a five-year mandate. Matjaž Stare was proposed on this position by the Workers Council of Luka Koper, d.d. in accordance with the Worker Participation in Management Act.
