With a reference to the public notice from 15 July 2011, Krka is informing the public that from 28 October 2011 up to and including 3 November 2011 Krka acquired 3,609 own shares in the total value of EUR 190,219 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. NLB d.d., Ilirika borznoposredniška hiša d.d. and GBD Gorenjska borzno posredniška družba d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of own shares prior to these transactions was 1,966,664, representing 5.551% of all shares issued.

The total number of own shares after these transactions is 1,970,273, representing 5.562% of all shares issued.
