Deželna banka Slovenije d. d. hereby publishes the outcome of the takeover bid to purchase the shares of Ljubljanske mlekarne d. d.

Pursuant to Article 54 of the Slovenian Takeovers Act, the acquring company, Mlekodel d. o. o., acting also in the name and for the account of the following agricultural cooperatives: KGZ Krpan z. o. o., KZ Trebnje z. o. o., KZ Brežice z. o. o., Kmetijska zadruga Stična, z. o. o., KGZ z. o. o. Škofja Loka, KGZ Ribnica z. o. o., KGZ Litija, z. o. o., Kmetijska zadruga Izlake z omejeno odgovornostjo, Kmečka zadruga Krško z. o. o., Kmečka zadruga Bohor, Koprivnica z. o. o., KZ Medvode z. o. o., Medvode, KZ Sevnica z. o. o., ZKZ Mozirje z. o. o., KZ Dolomiti-Dobrova z. o. o., KZ Hoče z. o. o., Kmetijska zadruga Slovenska Bistrica z. o. o., KZ Selnica ob Dravi z. o. o., KKGZ z. b. o., KGZ M Sora z. o. o., KZ Metlika, z. o. o., KZ Rače z. o. o., KGZ Sava z. o. o., Lesce, Mlekarska zadruga Ptuj z. o. o., KGZ Sloga Kranj, z. o. o., KZ Krka z. o. o., KZ Lenart z. o. o., KGZ Gozd Bled, z. o. o., KZ Naklo, z. o. o., KZ Križe z. o. o., KZ Agraria Koper, z. o. o., Koper, GMZ Kranj, z. o. o., Kmetijska zadruga Vransko z. o. o., KZ Šaleška dolina, z. o. o., as well as in the name and for the account of the Slovenian cooperatives association Zadružna zveza Slovenije, z. o. o., and DBS d. d., hereby informs the public that in the takeover bid to purchase all shares of LJUBLJANSKE MLEKARNE, mlekarska industrija, d. d., Tolstojeva 63, Ljubljana, published on 19 September 2012 on the basis of the Security Market Agency's Decision No 40201-8/2012-8 dated 14 September 2012, it acquired 194,713 shares of the target company with the ticker symbol LMLG, which is 4.4435% of the entire issue. The bid was accepted by 308 target company shareholders.

Based on the above the acquiring company informally considers the bid to have been successful.
