Based on Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the provisions of applicable legislation, the Luka Koper d.d. herein publishes the following notice:

On 14th November 2013, Luka Koper d.d. received from the Koper District Court the action brought on by Minor Shareholders Association of Slovenia (MDS) as to the annulment of resolutions adopted by the General Assembly on 7^th October 2013. The applicant shall enforce the judicial protection anticipated at the General Assembly meeting in relation to resolution No.3 with regard to the amendments to the company’s Statute.
