Krka, d. d., Novo mesto has received a notification from Abanka Vipa, d. d., a related person with the President the Supervisory Board, about the transactions with Krka shares.

Abanka Vipa, d. d. sold for its own account 2,800 shares as follows:

• on 19 May 2014 500 shares at a share price of EUR 62.49,
• on 20 May 2014 600 shares at a share price of EUR 62.69,
• on 21 May 2014 1,100 shares at a share price of EUR 63.51,
• on 22 May 2014 600 shares at a share price of EUR 62.19.

The transactions were executed during ordinary session on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
