Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d, and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:

The company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., received today from the Competition Protection Office of the Republic of Slovenia a decision that the Competition Protection Office does not oppose the reported concentration following the acquisition of control by the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., of a part of the operations of the company Era Good, d.o.o.

The share acquisition/transfer agreement for a part of the operations of Era Good, d.o.o., to the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., shall be effective as of the day when all suspensive conditions are met.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercatorgroup.si as of March 13, 2015, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
